Answers to frequently asked questions about selling your vacant land
Question: Do you purchase land from all over the United States?
Answer: Yes. We are based in Huntersville, North Carolina but we are looking to buy all over this great country.
Question: How does this process work?
Answer: Its simple. Submit your property information to us online, over the phone or by email. We’ll review it and, if it meets our criteria, we’ll make an offer on the property. If the offer is acceptable to you we’ll send a notary and a check to sign the deed and close the deal.
Question: If you make an offer on my land, am I obligated to sell to you?
Answer: No. There is no obligation to sell to us if you submit your property information and even if we make an offer.
Question: How long does it take to get paid for my vacant land?
Answer: Not long. Typically we will close within thirty days of your signing our purchase offer but if you need to close more quickly, we can do so, sometimes as soon as 2-3 weeks. We can move quickly because there are no banks, no brokers and no bureaucracy involved.
Question: What if I owe back taxes on my vacant land?
Answer: No problem. In some cases we will pay for your back taxes and also pay you as well. Let us know about your situation and we will see if we can help.
Question: Shouldn’t I sell my land through a real estate agent?
Answer: It depends. Land doesn’t usually sell as fast as houses for a lot of reasons, so it can sometimes take months and even years to sell a piece of land. The advantage of working with America’s Land Buyer is that we can move quickly, without your having to worry about dealing with a bank, or an agent or waiting to see if anyone is interested.
Question: How do I get started?
Answer: Click on the “sell your land” hyperlink at the top of this page, then fill out all of the fields on that page and click submit. We’ll review the information and respond to you as soon as possible.
